In August of 2020, Donna Girod was named Director of the Property Management division at The Lisa Mathena Group, Inc. “I am able to assist homeowners who have made the decision to lease their home as opposed to selling it. This enables homeowners to generate an income while possibly relocating and not selling their home at the present moment. My experience in property management goes back to 1990. A Buyer’s Agent since July 2009, Donna begins each relationship by communicating with each client to identify the most important needs they desire in their new home. “I pride myself on making time for clients outside of the “normal” business hours so I may better accommodate their schedules. A native of Argentina, Claudia has dedicated 23 years to helping clients as a travel agent and has earned the trust of the community, especially the Hispanic community. She is multi-lingual, with bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as a professional working proficiency in Portuguese, Italian and French. As both a REALTOR® and a former educator for more than 30 years, Felecia Duggins recognizes

Prior to her real estate career, Jennifer spent thirty-two years serving our country as an air
traffic controller with the United States military and the Federal Aviation Administration. She

licensed Notary Public. A native of South Carolina, Jennifer has been a Delaware resident
since 1992 and currently resides in the Dover area. In her spare time, she enjoys singing,
